Environment of this company is very good. People are very supportive. Infrastructure is also good.

Dislikes

When you plan to leave this company, then it's policies are quite disappointing. Like they stopped my appraisal, at the time when i gave my resignation. And they started ignoring your issues with the company. Basically they will not take you seriously that time.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
