A bunch of uneducated, racist sexist men managing the company.

Dislikes

Pathetic interview experience. The interviewer started raising his voice in the middle of the interview. Unmannered and biased person took the interview. He was not even able to make complete sentences in English. He asked illogical questions. He also made me feel uncomfortable during the whole duration. I have worked with global companies and I understand when a company has bad culture and zero HR policies. The interviewer was not fit to take interviews. I recommend as an HR, please work on internal policies and structure....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
