I like all work in Saudireadymix where the products are Concrete,Cement,Mortar and Concrete blocks.There is smart system for the work and a lot of opportunity to develop and innovate.Training is there.Having good salary according to your performance.There is a reasonable Work-Life balance and very good teammates.

Dislikes

Discrimination among the nationalities of the employees.

Work Details

I worked for Saudireadymix as QC Manager for cement grinding plant and then worked as Cement Research Manager in its R&D Center.New laboratories have been installed and commissioned.Now the labs are in good working state.It was good experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
