Company grants separate budget every year for training their staff on new technology and also provides membership in three star hotel for gym, indoor games, swimming. Yearly appraisal and incentives to all staff according to their performance.

Non-Arabic staff can not go to top level because they are not fluent and not having command in Arabic.
