Not getting respect to your qualification, your experience, your post and your work. You are working here as a worker only. Increment is getting 5% on inhad salary not on your CTC. Also not getting leave benefit, if u are teking leave then salary will be deducted from your CTC because it included in CTC. Not decided any criteria to give increment. Not any single facilities like leave's, PF, Medical, insurance, canteen. Not getting any promotion there. Technical persons are not there to proper support ( R&D)....Read More
