I joined the hospital on August 15, 2023, and despite fulfilling my responsibilities diligently, my salary has been unjustly withheld without any clear explanation or communication.This situation is extremely concerning and unprofessional. Employees depend on their salaries to meet their financial obligations, and holding it back without any valid reason is not only unethical but also creates an environment of distrust and frustration.Furthermore, this incident reflects poorly on the management's ability to maintain a respectful and supportive work environment.
