I was hired out of college, so being my first job Sarvaha will always be special for me. Been working here for the last 6.5 years and Sarvaha has become a family now. The work culture in Sarvaha is very friendly and cooperative, learned a lot of things from seniors. Guys here are very helpful, they always help you with all kinds of problems and push you for making progress in your personal life too and giving possible help (financial too) if needed. Salary and appraisals are based only on your performance, so this is a company with zero politics.
