Am working as program associate since 2 years and handling Tamil Nadu and Puducherry scholarship program activities (shortlisting the students and maintain students process, finally organising residential training programs

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
