On time salary and like-minded interns made a good rapport amongst the new joinees along with their shared interests.

Weak communication and differential management among seniors made it quite chaotic which followed by the Human Resources. HR department seemed to have a little to negligible role in any case of unease amongst employees and their respective leaders, Leaders also seemed to supervise around and not LEAD particularly, incase if there was any hurdle to overcome; to them, a problem was just expected to be executed successfully without keeping in mind any notion of a mishap. Team Leaders having different solutions to one question seemed to create confusion among joinees and their mentors as to how to act without absence of a uniform way of execution. Also flexible hours are a good option they have, but depending on the TL, you can or cannot exploit them....Read More
