My work is a little bit hectic.. Apart from teaching am in charge of science wing.. Am a student counsellor too.. I have to look after students progress n report the same to management.. I spend a quality time with students and it's a wonderful experience

They provided good training in teaching classes by conducting orientation classes yearly. Maintaining lesson plans is compulsory. Smart classes are appreciative.

Dislikes

Politics plays good role which I dislike. Too much work Career growth is nil Compensation is low
