Worked in client location, even if in client location, given chance to speak about our problems and concerns. Team outings is there. Work life will be based on where we are, I worked for Aerospace domain, I got good exposure over there, queit happy with work also.. Atmosphere also good, not much work pressure, so far so good.

Dislikes

Honestly I didn't face any issue. But what I noted is Sometimes data will not be provided, if we have not raised question.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Gives job in MNC as a 3rd party and bags much amount from MNC instead they give some nominal % to the candidate but the manager & team leader in MNC are like vampire.
