I am currently working with them , it is an Israel based company , Israel management is pathetic , they don't take care of India, country head doesn't take any decision by himself , always waits for guidance from Israel , all senior management is leaving the company as soon as they get Job so they are not laid off . Recently 60 to 70 employees lay off happened in the company without any reason and we heard that everything was handled only by HR and there was no senior manager involved to handle the situation since there will be too many chaos Stay away or you will loose career...Read More

Early it has work balance but not it's not

Early it makes me a feel on am working on product based company .but now it feels like service based and work load is like hell and you won't get any recongnizations or compensation for that same.

Nothing much about career growth. We were getting good gifts for Diwali. Rest they had a legacy framework built using struts and hibernate framework. Which has to be learnt and delivery the sprint user stories on time

Dislikes

No proper work life balance, no scope for using latest technologies like springboot and microservices in the project. Have to work on Saturdays unofficially to complete the work and fix the defects. Basically no work life balance.

Company is still working on very old technologies which results as no upgradation in skills and technology for an employee. Salary hike is nothing here. Recently they terminated 70+ employees for without any prior notice and reason and still hiring.
