No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. Who will like this company.? If you want to work on 2 hours per project,so Total 4 projects you can work and another 1 hour is for bench. Now tell me do you like this company.

Need to write every month assesment to move out from this company. If you don't have any job just join and leave after six months or else they will send you out.

Compensation is very poor, way behind the industry average. Only few people who are like close Kith and Kin will get a good hike. Otherwise, poor pay master. Culture is very bad. No proper career growth plan.

Early it has work balance but not it's not

Nothing much about career growth. We were getting good gifts for Diwali. Rest they had a legacy framework built using struts and hibernate framework. Which has to be learnt and delivery the sprint user stories on time

No proper work life balance, no scope for using latest technologies like springboot and microservices in the project. Have to work on Saturdays unofficially to complete the work and fix the defects. Basically no work life balance.

Worst company in my career. Only devops team is worst due to seniors rest all teams are good. Micro management - you have to write every one hour what you have done in timesheet, yet it wont be approved easily. Approver will question you on everything what you have written in timesheet. Approver wont approve timesheet on weekly basis but monthly basis. Here the mesh starts if it comes to re-correction complete one month timesheet should be corrected checking every hour. Every single timesheet they reject the timesheet they will come up with new rule. Team leads wont be friendly with the team members and barely TLs attend the team or office meetups. No work life balance here , you get the pings from TLs when you are about to logout and then we have to extend the hours. If something goes wrong with you, TLs will disrespect you in front of all team member's. 100% I WONT RECOMMEND DEVOPS engineers to join this rude company....Read More

Company is still working on very old technologies which results as no upgradation in skills and technology for an employee. Salary hike is nothing here. Recently they terminated 70+ employees for without any prior notice and reason and still hiring.
