Overall company culture might be good but it all depends on the project you land up to. Had joined SAP with high hopes but seems like all were taken down with the toxicity of the teams environment &the culture that has shaped up in the project.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Lacking hierarchical structure, no skip levels that you can take up your issues to. Manager is the one defining & shaping the inflow of policies, building environment etc .
