Please guys dont get into this trap. They are not professional or even maintain minimum standards when it comes to recruiting/working there. I have closely followed them and I'm writing this. I'd say dont get into any kind of conversation with anyone from this organisation even if you are looking for a job or jobless for a while!!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
