Salary Deduction nonsense policies Unfriendly Employee Policies If you take more than 1 leave in a week, or Sandwich Leaves then they will not pay for the weekend. If you punch in after 10AM then they'll either deduct 1 hour salary or per new policy they'll only consider your attendance for half day although that has not been implemented yet but in que. They do not take current as well as exiting employees seriously as they intentionally tried to deduct money from FnF and initiated the process only after I asked them multiple times. Finally they paid my FnF after like 59 days. And this is happening with other people frequently. Management is very professional for their own and selfish interests but when it comes to giving back to employees they're are like Chandni Chowk shop owners....Read More
