Well I have worked in Sand Martin for 1 year. I think Sand Martin is still like a collection of small companies working independently under the umbrella of 1 big name Sand Martin with pretty much individual targets and responsibilities for each company.

Dislikes

I'm not satisfied with their leaves rules (after completing your 1 year EL & SL are active) & salary package.

Sandmartin consultant provides a good platform for beginners. It will help you work in core accounting that help a person to learn n explore various aspects in accounts such as bookkeeping, management account, VAT and year end account, all at one place.

Sandmartin consultant is not at an employee friendly organization. There are policies which are so frustrating that a person cannot look forward to spend many years in that organization. If it's about beginning your career it's a good platform to learn but you will be forced to leave the company because of it's policies and false commitments
