I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I worked at Samata Vidya Mandir school for one month as a Computer Teacher ( 5th to 10th), school environment is nice, school's students are also corporative, some teachers very helpful in nature.

Dislikes

Principal behaviour very poor for teachers, not proper salary as per the work, salary delay upto 2 months, if we leave the job school will not give our remaining Salary. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Work Details

I worked there one month as a Computer Teacher, school's management not manner how to talk a ladies teachers, and when I leave the job they did not give my all original certificate upto 4 months and not pay my salary, very poor experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
