I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The job security, you only stay employed as long as you have a project. If not they can terminate your employment without notice. Additionally, you're expected to handle call for roles requiring 8+ years of experience, and senior team lead not offering any help.
