Now a days everything is politics in the GDC

Dislikes

unfair promotions, TC to STC promotions are very difficult. Also some people get promoted unnecessarily with some politics. Work hard you will not get promoted, don’t work make your manager happy they will promote you

Promotions are near to none. Depending on how well their networking skills are, promotions can be manipulated. IJPs are not at all transparent. Job security is also average.

learning wise it’s good. we get enough opportunity to learn new stuffs. Get chance to work with very talented team.

work life balance is poor. We have to work for 10-12 hours a day but billing will only happen for 8 hours a day. for promotion they have created a pl academy and tl academy which is too tough to get clear. every year 1-2 people clear it out of 100 applicants. But company always prefer to hire new resources direct from market. for internal resources this academy has been setup. salary whatever you get while joining is good after that they won’t give any good numbers....Read More

No job security Salesforce finding a way to release their employees every time. Only the salaries are high nothing more than that. Favouritism for promotion, Unnecessary pressure to working from office. Indian management are wrost

Salesforce looks like a BPO environment in Hyderabad, Bangalore office. Micromanagement on top, No job security at all. Every time you are in Pressure about your Metrics.

No work life balance, now they have reduced the salary, no remote work option, no offices in pune for support, no fair promotion, not at all feels like a product company but it feels more like a bpo now.The above views are from perspective of a support egg. High paced organisation, with a lot of work and learning pressure. Sales dominates in how things are driven, managers are not seasoned and it affects how they need to handle situation. Organisation is not bad at all but it depends on which team and which manager you are mapped to!
