In short everything, their way of working, their package, they pay as if they're doing a favor, most importantly the behaviour of the management, specially the so called CEO. Doesn't even have the basic courtesy to talk. Unreasonable targets and expectations. No benefits. All fake commitments. Salary paid at their wish and you can'teven ask for it why is it being delayed. WORST COMPANY EVER!!Would never recommend this organization to anyone.Most unprofessional organisation. The directors can screw your career. No holidays as the UK director thinks that since the business in UK,INDIAN employees in INDIA are not entitled to Indian holidays and also Since we are working in India not entitled to UK holidays as well.
