Never join any project of saksoft I am working on there clinet CIBIL worst people ,worst team, 9am to 8 pm work timing . 3 year people will be rule 5 year people saying we are senior you have to listen us. Manager and old employee wil make your life hell . Every hour they will ask you update for unrealistic task. Project setup needs so many tricks to run so they did not share tricks with you and tourture you ,you have experince ,you should know how to run spring mvc spring batch application. Appraisal process is not on time, and also less appraisal hardly 5% if you are a good performer. If they loose one client, they won’t help you for further interviews at all. They will ask you to put down the papers.
