This is my second company and i learned & innovate new process in this company. I develop both (personal & professionally in this company) Staying in this company like i carried on my studies (PGDM) and brought the company from manual to software process.

Dislikes

Many processes are made in a year but when implemented, those same process are broken.

Work Details

As i would like to tell, My time here was very struggling because the company expanded about 04 to 06 months before my joining.And in the beginning, we were given the task of doing both processes (Software and manuals), which was quite a struggle.

You don't get job security, salary/appraisal is also bad, politics is done more than work, work environment was also not good, career growth is way too far, and at last you don't get any support from your seniors after few mistakes or offs.
