Learning next level job sometimes very good opportunity that I like. 6 month start still continue working on rig .two time rig move during hot summer day

Someone take responsibility and do there work .and some other guys dose not take responsibility and work load also . If everyone take responsibility and work load means easy for all . Same nationality and same position Same work load but salary different why?

As such the company is very good but with no job security. Career growth is average. There is no travel opportunity for Asians. The environment is good except for some jealous people.. People do working after working hours to show. They just browse the internet to show and pass time.

Dislikes

The worst time I spend is with the PM who had no knowledge of Project Management even though he was qualified. He didn't know how to behave with the colleagues and the stakeholders. Lastly, he has kicked off the project due to his misbehavior and for project security.
