Dislikes

Interaction/ communication with colleagues are strictly prohibited. Tea break not allowed more than 5 mins. Clerical job only. No scope for improvement and gaining knowledge. No scope for climbing up the ladder. Even if u have 20+ years, you won't get responsibility to handle a team individually. You will be treated as normal Buyer. Company is really good, but the section leader is wild and rude.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
