Senior teammates are supportive which helps me in working independently , Environment is Ok not that great , Friendly nature of seniors and juniors makes me feel like one family . One good thing is company provides us free lunch and allowances on extra working day . Even though offices are closed due to Coronavirus , i am getting salary on time which is a great help

Dislikes

People need to understand that getting their job done by the juniors is more important than keeping an eye on someone (spying on your employee and disturbing them via calls and messages from HR ) . You can point out if and only if somethings wrong

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
