Job security is high. Good brand name in the UAE market. Salary is always on time. End benefit is also as per the law. It has too many departments hence high chances of getting promoted to other department.

Some of the managers of different departments are not good.

I never missed my salary on the 1st of every month( or if it is a holiday it will be paid before that).

Pays on time, but no appraisal from management or evaluation from them for my achievements even i got appreciation from our clients (that i informed to my manager.the work pressure was very high,i had to work more than 14 hours per day without any overtime paid. My manager tried to find only mistakes from me to issue warning letters.No preliminary training for newly assigning staff in my category. They transferred me to another department as a punishment for taking 15 days extra in my annual leave due to sickness of my father, even after informed to my supervisor in advance( for that he lied that he was not informed, but i have clear evidence mail). These harassment made me to search another job and quit from there even if i will be paid less than that. When i resigned they made my ESB , In that as per them i need to pay 3 months salary back to company because i resigned,they tried to ruin me,that made me to lodge a complaint to MOL, Later i got justise from there and they revised my ESB and i received my full money with the help of MOL. These incident made a bad impression about the management again. But i am sure that our honourable chairman will not be aware of the politics games going on inside recruitment services and security department. Better if he will check......Read More
