Worst QA Product Team don't go in Product team , because i was facing very problem that time and Lead vyankatesh manokar Is also Worst and he is managers friends so we can't complaint if you complaint then they will torched, Same things with manager and Product lead once task give he will ask every hours have you completed task he doesn't know anything regarding project and because of managers friends he is lead now even he is working in Company last 5 year and don't know about how to write test cases and he teaching everyone do like this , what is this. On any day if you don't have any work then he will assign work from other team and that team will take rest and QA product team work continues. He behaves we are machine not human. If you come online for morning 10 AM and doing office work in that case you have stay till 9 PM on PC and continue login and even working for 14 hours then don't care about your health,. Lead is Worst than worst if you doing work and some reason like you going to bathroom and that scenario your Microsoft status is away they will take screenshots of away status and send it to manager and take call with manager why your status is away what is this ,. If you want to join then join sachin nagvekar team or Pension team they are best teams and best leaders i have ever seen in office,,, and they are not given any laptop to employees during COVID and give desktop and in my village hevy electricity issue so i have facing too issue for working still company not given any laptop they can't understand employees problem these all things happen in only Product QA Team ,,, i saw my female friend she was very frustrated because of vyankatesh manokar lead and finally she left job after 9 PM Lead want to work and she was married she told many times after everyday working hours who will work ,, in case any urgent problem in that case she was worked after working hours ,nad still lead want to continue working on everyday .
