I have been working here from 5 years, this is my first company and m really satisfied by the work and support. They have given me the opportunity to work remotely when i needed it the most. Excellent in work life balance. Could be improved in compensation as after sometime u feel , its not meeting market standards. Overall experience is good

Management is good and care about employees but they mostly outsource people and opportunities fully depend on the allocated project

Dislikes

Saggezza managers is really good but as people are outsourced the reporting manager might be different with different vission.

Job is secure, with bad management where company does not respect its enoloyees.

Lots of bad things are there

Depends on projects. U ll have to work very late if u r experienced because saggezza hired most of the work from freshers. U have to resign if u want to get a better hike. Not a good work culture. Hr and management gives false promises
