I have worked in Sage Technologies more than 3 years. It is a good company and it have good project and more job security. Specially the Director of this company is much more intelligent smart business management quality and he has a good team

Management should work on some points like 1. Need to Improvement in some employees to who consider this as their home Company. 2. Hire a good BDM for Companies better growth and employees better future.

I have started me carrier from Sage Technologies it is very good company for me I learn lot of things in Sage. I have worked more than 3 companies but Sage is the my best company among the 3.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
