The Director is the zero level of thinking, not understanding the situation,every time shouting on employee, and he is hold every HR salary without any reason, and no one can go to against him, he has involved in his best friend every time. No time limit and professionalism maintain. Very bad culture, account department also check whole things after final approval of HR. he appoint this position only for temporary, every HR leave the company taking his her salary because boss harassment. He settled every matter on the basis of Paisa, need to attention govt license department of permission as per the company acts. No safety in office.
