My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Product manager is good but company manager is drunked person nd makes there on rules like.... #. Strict lunch time of 30 mins. #. Monthly 100 mins if you come late after 9:30 using those 100 mins then every single day they will count as half day. Which is horrible for those coming from long distance. #. The product manager force you to work after 7 o'clock. #. They will force you to wear company T-shirt. #. You can't go outside except lunch time. #. Almost all the team leads are less skilled. #. You have to come on Saturdays for composition of Diwali holidays. #. Director comes in cabin every single hour & ask for every individual report & makes the whole everything toxic. #. They use Old Technologys nothing is new here to learn. #. The senior developer(working since 10-15 years) talks either about food nd trading....Read More
