I have worked at SAG Infotech for 3.5 years and i am satisfied with my overall working experience in the company. I have noticed few points like 1. The management really helped me at the time of joining as the staff cooperated with me in understanding the job work. 2. The salary always came on time. Product manager is good but company manager is drunked person nd makes there on rules like.... #. Strict lunch time of 30 mins. #. Monthly 100 mins if you come late after 9:30 using those 100 mins then every single day they will count as half day. Which is horrible for those coming from long distance. #. The product manager force you to work after 7 o'clock. #. They will force you to wear company T-shirt. #. You can't go outside except lunch time. #. Almost all the team leads are less skilled. #. You have to come on Saturdays for composition of Diwali holidays. #. Director comes in cabin every single hour & ask for every individual report & makes the whole everything toxic. #. They use Old Technologys nothing is new here to learn. #. The senior developer(working since 10-15 years) talks either about food nd trading....Read More
