EVERYTHING They force us to come in at 9:00 a.m. and won’t let us leave before 9:00 p.m. Their timing rules are extremely strict—if you are even one minute late, they deduct half a day’s salary. They do not allow work from home, even in emergencies. Additionally, they confiscate our phones when we arrive at the office and only return them when we leave. If you try to take or make a call during work hours, they immediately reprimand you and tell you to talk after 9:00 p.m. The office culture is terrible. Some employees have been here for 8–10 years and try to enforce the same strict rules on others, pressuring them to comply....Read More

The company is not bad but the management of the company is very bad.

Here the work is not done on the basis of your talent, here the work is done on the behavior of your manager. If your behavior with the manager is not good then no matter how much talent you have, your job will not work.
