Work life balance is decent and also there are few benefits like free food, cab service flexible timings.

Dislikes

Everything other than mentioned in the like section including but not limited to work satisfaction, learning, management, opportunities, the hike is terrible in NCR. I would discourage anybody asking me about joining the company in Bangalore office

Sometimes managers sets unrealistic deadline. Micromanagement. No recognition for your work. Skip managers are non technical but try to pretend to be a technical. People who are favourite of managers they can do work from home they don't have any restrictions to come to the office. If you are late for a few minutes you have to apply leave for entire day.

It a good company if someone wants to work. It was previously NCR corporation then separated to NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos. Now NCR Voyix being transferred to other entity called Candescent.

Dislikes

Manager does not have technical knowledge. Software Architect has its own personal favorites. Manager is biased towards old employees. There is no good opportunities to explore. Agile methodologies are not followed properly. Even coding standards are not being followed. They don't have good features to work on. Most importantly, there is no work life balance. Manager will call you at 11 pm and ask you to work on priority tasks and he will not even appreciate you for the efforts. Overall if you need money then work here....Read More

The benefits are not that good. They don’t provide health insurance for parents, we have to pay premium from our pocket. Cab service is not available, on shuttle service is there which is of useful to only some employees who live at locations where shuttle goes.
