Actually nothing except lunch that I got from a dabbawala

The promoter Mr. Sachin Doshi is neither a good leader nor a good businessman. He fires people and does not pay them what he commits. There is no parking for any employee in his office. It is worse than a grocery store

No parking space available. The salary payment is not as per promise. There is no concept of notice period. The company has shut down.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
