Hey, Firstly thanks for taking time to share your feedback. We are in business for 4.5 years, so I guess that counts for running a business. Regarding salary, I’m sure we won’t be able to run a company without paying salaries in time for everyone. There’s no PF yet because we are less than a team of 15 & we are aiming to get to that count soon, so we could bring on PF to the Salary structure. And we are one of the most flexible startups in terms of timings. But would have been happy to hear it in person. We will consider your feedback, and improvise more. Have a great day

Hello, Firstly, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are a startup, so PF & similar formalities can be provided after we grow to a team of 15. We are on track to get there in the next 3 months. Regarding your other feedback, we are already looking into it & working on improvizing our processes.
