~ No PF, No Salary Slip, No Offer Letter ~ You can't even take a 10 mins break also, Strict Timings ~ Degrade every employees ~ They don't know how to run a company, They lack experience ~ No proper salary date

Hey, Firstly thanks for taking time to share your feedback. We are in business for 4.5 years, so I guess that counts for running a business. Regarding salary, I’m sure we won’t be able to run a company without paying salaries in time for everyone. There’s no PF yet because we are less than a team of 15 & we are aiming to get to that count soon, so we could bring on PF to the Salary structure. And we are one of the most flexible startups in terms of timings. But would have been happy to hear it in person. We will consider your feedback, and improvise more. Have a great day

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The knowledge and learning were amazing. I got to interact with clients all over the world, and the exposure to real-time marketing was interesting. I could only work there for a short period but it was worth it. I had to shift back to my hometown and the experience I got at SaaS Mantra was a great add-on to my portfolio.

more team dinners and outings would be nice. better lightings could be there.
