I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Worst company in India. Company will pay you the salary and later they will ask you to return in cash. No work time even no holiday In a year. They will call you every Saturday Sunday including national holiday . They used to called on Republic day also. If you will leave the company, company will start threatening you and start calling to company where you are going to joint. They will also ask to return the PF balance in cash....Read More
