There is nothing to be liked in this organization, it is full of work politics and toxic work environment

Dislikes

There are many dislikes to be with this toxic organization 1. the work place is full of toxic and selfish people 2. Yashika gupta is the biggest bully amongst them, she is rude, selfish, toxic, jealous and what not, the management also supports her in her bad deeds, there were several complaints made against her but no action has been taken, she is the most toxic person that i have ever seen 3. no work life balance, you have to work till your last breathe, after your demise, they will still ask you to complete your report 4. Favouritism is on peak, only the negative and friends were supported by the management 5. the MD is the worst here, he openly say to people that he will fire them at the spot 6. still the highest management is there to say plenty of positive things even after aware of diligence team situation. 7. people are in hurry to leave this toxic workplace they are just waiting for the bonus worst people, worst management, worst organization...Read More
