I liked that they only count in and out time. But they changed that too now 8 hours effective hour compulsory and 1 hour of break. Howsoever dumb you are company will not fire you.

Salary is low Poor work life balance Bad politics from upper management No good project so no growth As dumb people don't get fired company is full of garbage (consisting some good people.. "some") Management have trust issue. So they will take bond, blank cheque, and educational marksheet (non sense).

1. They will give opportunity to learn if your are fresher. 2. If client wants you they will give good hike like 30%. 3. work any time but complete the 9 hours

1. if you are unable to deliver as per the client's expectation no matter how good your are you wont get a good hike. 2. Lack of technical mentorship. you have to learn by yourself guidance is very less.

Working at Rysun is a good experience Provide a 6 months maternity leave, and they even let me work from home afterward The seniors and people team are understanding and make the office like a home.
