Everything is terrible in this company. I worked 2 years very hard in this company and I got another job in Oman after completing visa. But company didn't cancelled my visa even after requesting to every top management person. So I cannot go to oman again for next 2 years. There is no any Positive things for employees.

There are so many points for dislike (1) They hold 2month salary of employees (2) They will lie with people for hiring and after joining the company they will put anyplace and forcing them to work otherwise pay all the money which They expenses on you. (3) They will cut salary for every mistake even minor mistake (No one consider th is mistake) and every time forcing Supervisor to give Warning letter to worker. (4) They will not leave you for vacation on the completaion of work and forcing you to stay until contract will be finished or replacement will come and They will arrange replacement easily. (5) They will provide food which also very bad for worker but for supervisor food is good. (6) They will take duty 7days without any holiday even after duty be ready for work. (7) Medical facilities are very poor even expanses on medical 1st pay from your pocket and claiming amount depend on management.if they want then they will return otherwise forget about your money.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> (8) They will not provide leave salary on time</mark>. (9) If you going to return in your country after completion of contract, they will cut all expenses which They did on you. even Courses Fee,Visa Fees and They will hold you more than 1month and they will not pay any food allowance to you. All are bad bad staffs except few

Dislikes

It is the worst company who did not pay the salary to their employees on time (2 to 3 Months salary would hold). No service award (Final Settlement) when employee exit. No vacation pay and no flight ticket prior to annual leave and exit. There would be huge amount of visa deduction whe n the employees resign before 2 years due to their worst facilities provided to the concern employees such as poor accommodation and bad food. The employees must work more than 14 hours including weekly holiday and public holidays without overtime....Read More
