People Here are good and approachable. Especially Operational leads and few seniors in the team. The company listens to its employees and is constantly working on upgrading the skill set of its employees. The benefits are good, leaves and all.

Dislikes

Nothing personal but. The Team which I am working with (TCS) is totally biased and there is a lot of faourrissm going on. People here don't rely on one's hard work or performance is at 100% but reply to gossip chats and presumptions and assumptions. This is like the next new skill that we need to possess I guess nowadays to survive in the corporate world. I request people who see this review please don't fall into this team and spoil your career. It is hard and sad to say but this is the reality and I am a victim of it....Read More

One limitation would be pay scale and the compensation benefits. When compared to the market standard, the salary hikes and bonus payouts will feel little less aggressive and might demotivate especially senior folks. Also the pay variance between Associates and Senior Associates wouldn't be much. Depending on the process, you may experience limited growth in terms of working scope and learnings. Our company has good work culture and allows employees to work freely, and the management is very supportive. There are lot of benefits to all employees, and lot of cultural events are organised and it is a place where Healthy, Safety, and good environment to work.

The only thing here it is the salary is bit less and apart from this everything is good.

Ryan has been continuously working towards correcting the salaries every year and it would be great if it Ryan can revisit and make the corrections as per market.
