You can consider it for short period of time. Don't go for long term. People are helpful in some teams. Permanent work from home for some teams and for some, they required to report in office daily.

Dislikes

Poor management and decision making (centralised), every decision revolves around the perspective of a single person. Employees are less valued. Appraisals and promotions are delayed unnecessarily. All of this promotes bad work environment. You would be required to stretch also on weekends without any recognition or extra pay.

Appreciation is not there for employess working hard. Engineering VP do not understand employees emotions and listen to one person. Appraisal are provided with 6 to 8 months delays. No promotion for genuine employees, those are promoted who does buttering.

Dislikes

Despite having positives, it has certain negatives too like work pressure, toxicity, and less number of holidays. Their expectation from freshers is high , make you work on weekends, managers are bit toxic and unfriendly, and there is some sort of poor management at lower level in some teams. In getting holidays, they offer you less number of holidays and are given in terms of hours.
