Working in contractual period is the big loss as a engineer, since we need to find another job, it will be good if contractual engineer can be a regular employees after some period like 5-7 years of working .

In this company, u have to figure about anything by yourself only. So it makes u independent worker. That's good thing actually.

There are no one in higher officials who listens to us and there is no job security as well.
