There's a lot of office politics within old employees. No role of the owners. If the old employees don't like you they will complaint & the owner will throw you without even listening to you. Worst management. Everyone blames on each other. If you take out the old employees mistake or their any kind of 'GHOTAALA' they will throw youout by doing some politics. This is not a company, this is a parliament where only politics happen....Read More

Work Details

Terrible. The old employees will not consider you as a new employee instead of that they will throw all the burden on you and will ask you to complete the work. They will not coordinate also. No benefits & facilities.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
