Good company. Well environment for learn new things regarding automotive works & knowledge. Well support from compny owners. 100 % secure job. Only some seniors good support to us.

Dislikes

Big thing is salary issue. Salary date not fix that's why workers suffering for financial needs. All worker's incentives pending from last 4-5 months and that's make nigative effect on Work quality.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
