One of the best company I have ever worked. Has got the best people from drivers who picks and drop us every day to the Director who takes care of the BU. Awesome ex and current managers. Few of the managers are my college hence it makes a best environment when you know the people and team for so long time. Ruckus feels 2nd family.

Dislikes

People has left Ruckus only for two reasons frankly. One is compensation and second is relocation due to family reasons. Compensation can be better as per the market standard.
