Not feel good working. I have worked with this company 1+ year.

Doesn't like company. No career growth for freshers I will say make this company last option because they don't have much project and if they get the project it will be short time. So if you want to learn don't think to join this company. They also have 2 or more year bond for freshers. For experienced i don't think you want to jointhis company because carrier growth is nothing. If you are getting decent hike from here take the offer letter and try in another company. Because on resignation time they don't support much. The PC Lead is the worst person I ever meat. They are not professional. They don't give anything on written like even they don't provide salary increment letter you just have to calculate by yourself how much hike you got. There are numerous things that I want to write here: Too much politics in this company. I personally want to advise them to work especially in this area. Less job security. They can hold/cut your salary/increment without any prior notice. They sometimes show so much obsession with their religion(as they are US-based and Catholic by religion). They also have assigned the employees Christian names(hope you understands :)). Less Pay Scale. 1.No salary increment 2.Less salary than other IT companies. 3.Strange hybrid model of wfh 4. One day wfh + four days wfo 5. Poor management team always makes nonsense policies and rules. 6. So much politics and partiality. If you belong to pahad ( hill ) region then no restrictions applies on you. 7. Believes in hiring 4 freshers than one experienced person. 8. No annual Bonus or Gifts.

- Company don't focused on its growth. - They don't have enough projects. - HR department's recruitment strategy is mysterious. - Many developers seating free because they don't have project from long time still they wants to recruit for that technology and treating well their existing developer. - On other side potential resource are required in some projects but they are not able to find good candidate. - Actually running an IT company is just a face but one another business they are running is religion conversation. - When a new person join the company they give a christian name to the person and tell that we have US clients so they can't pronounce Indian names properly. So this is your client friendly name. - But that's not true company show this as they converted the person and get funding from US christian community. - They celebrate many events like dev day, family retreat but in each and every they invite peoples from christian community and give insights or their religion. - They don't have money to pay for employee benefits but they are building swimming pool.
