Rubico is a great place to work with great people. I love the working environment and the work culture as well. The thing I appreciate most about the company is that it has given me the opportunity to learn and work. "I am very grateful for the opportunity Rubico has given me to enhance my skills. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
